@melissagurl1563 There is a slower version of this called the accelerated full body workout. It's at a slower pace I think this is meant to get those benefits of the longer version in a shorter time. Hope that helps you out! I love all of Mari Winsors videos!

Hmmm this is intense.. i have this DVD.. somewhere got misplaced in a move.. ~I think its worth pointing out (i havent read any comments yet) remember to keep you back in IMPRINT!!! -contract you abdominal muscles, pulling your navel into the floor -press your lower back into your mat ** this may mean you need to hold your legs a little higher to keep in imprint and thats ok! its important to mention because you can seriously tweak your back muscles if you arent careful..

@HeyDork You know what when I first started ,many years ago, it seemed like it was so difficult and impossible to be that flexible, but it's really not hard at all after you get used to it. Now that I've been doing it for so long I can't even feel anything anymore. :)

@vivilanzani Yes, it really do work, but you also have to eat healthy. I also jog at least 3 times a day and do "8-minute abs" everyday. I've been doing it for over 3 years now. :)

I just love this and feel so much lighter after doing this btut the downside is that its getting easier and i have the feeling that it doesnt work like it did at teh beginning :(
